- FREE shipping for account customers within a 100 miles radius. For non-account customers, minimum shipping and handling charge of $5.95. For shipping within the continental U.S., add 10% for orders totaling under $100.00. For orders over $100.00, the actual freight charge will be billed. - Prices contained in this
catalog are in effect at the time of publication and are subject
to change without notice. In the event of a price or description
change, the correct information will be communicated when the
order is received.

- DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES:
- Please check all cartons
immediately upon delivery. Please note shipping shortages and/or
damages on the copy of the freight bull before signing. Please
inform us of defective merchandise, damages, or shortages within
10 days of receipt. Include your account name and invoice number
with all correspondence.

- RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
- If you are dissatisfied
with your purchase for any reason, please contact customer service
at 800-745-1052 to obtain a return authorization code. All items
must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

- SALES TAX:
- We are required by law
to collect sales tax in Alabama for merchandise shipped to non
tax exempt organizations. Customers who are not tax exempt must
include the appropriate taxes on all orders and purchase orders.
Tax exempt customers are required to include a tax certificate
number with all orders. If you are tax exempt and a new customer,
please include a copy of your tax exempt certificate or fax a
copy to 256-533-7087.
